Welcome to the TechnoServe Learning Center!

The TechnoServe Learning Center (TLC) is your gateway to hundreds of high-quality learning opportunities to support your professional development and growth.

These courses have been developed by nonprofit organizations and e-learning providers. There are many areas of learning to explore, such as project management, accounting, languages, time management and training of trainers.

• You do not need approval from your manager or HR to take TLC courses and there is no limit on how many you can take. The TLC is accessible 24/7.
• Many courses are available in multiple languages. Some courses take an hour or more to complete; others are as short as five minutes.
• When you complete a course, please send us feedback. Your suggestions will help us identify which courses are most helpful for TechnoServe employees.
